Shipping Policy
We offer shipping to most countries worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. We make every effort to process orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Please note that delivery times may be delayed due to customs processing times, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We provide tracking information for all orders so you can track your package's progress.
It takes 2–5 business days to create a product and fulfill an order.
Shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination.
Once an order is fulfilled and shipped, it’s delivered to the end address.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase. We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please contact our customer service team for return instructions.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
